Order Processing Time
After an order is successfully placed, Sandluxe™ will begin processing the order.
Orders are reviewed and prepared before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Customers will receive order updates when available.
Orders are generally processed during normal business operations. Processing times may be longer during holidays or promotional periods.
Shipping Time
Delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, and transportation conditions.
Estimated delivery times may vary due to factors outside of Sandluxe™ control, including weather, customs procedures, carrier delays, and local delivery conditions.
Customers should consider both processing time and shipping time when estimating delivery.

SHIPPING NOTE 01
Reading shipping information before checkout
Review the destination, selected shipping option, charges, and any stated dispatch or delivery information before placing an order. Availability is determined by the destinations and services presented for your purchase. A product can have preparation requirements that differ from another item in the same category. If a delivery date is important for a move, gift, or installation appointment, ask about the relevant order information before relying on a general estimate.
We distinguish preparation, dispatch, transit, and delivery because each stage describes a different event. Preparation takes place before the carrier has the parcel. Dispatch means carrier handover. Transit follows handover, and delivery means the parcel has reached the delivery point recorded by the service. Understanding these stages helps you interpret notifications and ask about the part of the journey that needs clarification.
SHIPPING NOTE 02
Preparing a complete delivery address
Use the recipient's name and the complete address required by the destination service. Include the street number, street name, apartment or unit, city, region, postal code, and country where applicable. Check spelling and numerical details carefully. A correct postal code can be important even when the street address appears clear. If your building uses a reception desk or other delivery arrangement, check that the address information is suitable for that arrangement.
Do not assume that changing an address saved in an account changes an existing order. Email support with the order number and the exact correction. We will check whether the order can still be updated. If carrier handover has already occurred, the available options can differ from those during preparation. We do not promise that a carrier can redirect every dispatched parcel.
SHIPPING NOTE 03
Payment review and order preparation
An order may need payment confirmation or clarification of a material detail before preparation can proceed. If we ask a question about the address or order, reply with the relevant information while keeping payment passwords and full card details private. Review is intended to clarify the purchase; it is not a request for unrelated personal records. Let us know if a message appears inconsistent with the order you placed.
Preparation may include selecting the ordered items, checking the model and quantity, and arranging packaging suitable for shipment. An order confirmation does not itself show that these steps have finished. If you need to cancel or correct an order, contact us promptly rather than waiting for tracking to appear. The stage of preparation affects which adjustments remain practical.
SHIPPING NOTE 04
Shipping methods, charges, and expectations
The checkout option identifies the shipping service offered for the order and the amount charged by the store. Review this information alongside the destination and any stated timing. A product price alone should not be treated as confirmation that every shipping service is included. If a promotion offers a shipping benefit, its conditions determine whether the order qualifies.
We do not add an unagreed shipping charge simply because fulfillment requires separate parcels. If a requested change affects shipping arrangements, we explain the available options and any charge that requires your agreement. Your payment provider may separately charge for an international transaction; that is different from a store shipping fee. Contact us if an order charge does not match the information you reviewed at checkout.
SHIPPING NOTE 05
Shipment notifications and carrier tracking
Where tracking is available, retain the tracking reference and shipping notification. A newly generated label can appear before a carrier has scanned the parcel into its network. Read the status carefully rather than treating the label event as a delivery update. After handover, carrier scans may occur at collection, sorting facilities, customs, a local depot, and final delivery, depending on the service.
A tracking page may not show every movement between facilities. If an update seems unclear, send the order number, tracking reference, and the last visible event. We can review the information relevant to that parcel. Avoid posting a parcel label publicly because it can contain the recipient's address and other personal information. Share it privately with support only when needed for the inquiry.
SHIPPING NOTE 06
Several items and separate parcels
An order containing several items may be prepared in more than one parcel. A tracking notification for one parcel does not necessarily confirm that the whole order is complete. Compare the items received with the order record and any shipment information supplied. If the package contains only part of the order, check whether a separate shipment has been identified before assuming an item was omitted.
Contact us if the shipment information does not explain the difference. State which items arrived and which are missing, and include the parcel reference where available. We review incomplete deliveries individually. Keep any packing information until the question is resolved. A separate parcel should not require you to accept a different product or an extra store shipping charge that was not agreed.
SHIPPING NOTE 07
Transit conditions and destination requirements
Carrier transit can be affected by severe weather, local access conditions, customs review, public holidays, and disruption within the delivery network. An estimated arrival is useful planning information, but it should not be treated as an unconditional guarantee unless an expressly guaranteed service was offered. We can review a delay and explain what the available shipment information shows.
Some destinations or services may have limitations for certain addresses or products. Checkout availability is the starting point for determining whether an order can be shipped. If a limitation is discovered after submission, we explain the issue and the relevant resolution. We do not use a general reference to carrier disruption as a reason to ignore an order concern or a remedy required for an unfulfilled purchase.
SHIPPING NOTE 08
International customs and destination costs
A parcel crossing borders may be subject to customs procedures. Import duties, destination taxes, or handling charges can be payable separately unless the checkout arrangement includes them. Review the checkout information and destination requirements before ordering. A customs request comes from the relevant authority or carrier process; verify the request and destination before paying through a message you did not expect.
If a carrier requests clarification necessary for delivery, respond through an appropriate verified channel. Do not ask us to describe goods inaccurately or provide a false customs value. Contact support if you cannot understand the request or believe the parcel information is wrong. We can review the order facts, while the destination authority controls its own assessment and clearance decisions.
SHIPPING NOTE 09
If a parcel is marked delivered
Check the recorded delivery details and any location or receipt information provided by the service. Look at the usual delivery point, building reception, parcel locker, or another location used for your address where appropriate. Ask a household member whether the parcel was received. These checks can help locate an item without delay, but they do not replace review of a genuine missing-delivery concern.
If you still cannot find it, contact us with the order number and tracking reference. Explain the checks already made and any discrepancy in the address or delivery event. We review the available information and the appropriate next step. Do not assume a delivered scan alone answers every question about a parcel that has not reached the intended recipient.
SHIPPING NOTE 10
Visible parcel damage or damaged contents
If packaging appears damaged, take clear photographs where practical and keep the parcel materials while the issue is reviewed. Describe the condition of both the box and the item. Include the order reference and affected product name. Do not operate a beach item if visible damage may affect its installation or operation.
Support may need to distinguish superficial packaging damage from a damaged or missing component. A description of what was received, with relevant photographs, is more useful than sending unrelated personal images. We explain whether further information or a return is needed. Keep the product available for the agreed next step, and do not send it to the company address without receiving return instructions.
SHIPPING NOTE 11
Incorrect, missing, or unexpected items
Compare the received item and option with the order confirmation. If something is wrong, tell us the item expected, the item received, and whether other parts of the order arrived correctly. Photographs of the product label or relevant components can help identify a model difference. You do not need to modify or install an incorrect item to show that it differs from the purchase.
If an accessory appears missing, check the included-items description and packaging before contacting us. Some illustrated accessories may be contextual, while stated included parts should be accounted for. We review the description and actual contents together. An unresolved mismatch can be handled through the product-concern process rather than dismissed as an ordinary shipping estimate issue.
SHIPPING NOTE 12
Returned-to-sender and unsuccessful delivery
A carrier may record an unsuccessful delivery attempt or return-to-sender event. Check the available notice and any response requested by the carrier. Contact us promptly with the order and tracking details so we can review the reason and parcel status. A mistaken address, an inaccessible delivery point, and a carrier error can require different solutions.
We explain whether redelivery, an address clarification, a new shipment, or another resolution is available. Any proposed additional store charge should be explained and agreed where required. Refusing a parcel is not automatically the same as completing an authorized return. If you want to cancel or return an order, contact us so the request can be handled under the relevant policy and applicable rights.
SHIPPING NOTE 13
Keeping a useful delivery record
Retain your order confirmation, shipping notification, and any messages about a delivery change until the purchase is complete. If several tracking references exist, keep them connected to the same order number. Note the item and parcel involved when contacting support so that an update for one package is not mistaken for an update covering every item.
For a delivery inquiry, useful details include the order number, checkout email, destination postal code, tracking reference if available, and a short explanation of the concern. Avoid including payment credentials or unrelated identity documents. Support can review ordinary shipment questions using the transaction and parcel information. The company details below also identify the business responsible for handling your store inquiry.
