Introduction

Sandluxe™ values customer trust and takes payment security seriously. We use appropriate measures to help protect payment information and provide a secure shopping environment.

By placing an order through Sandluxe™, you agree to the payment terms described in this policy.

Accepted Payment Methods

Sandluxe™ supports secure payment methods available during checkout.

Available payment options may vary depending on your location, payment provider availability, and checkout conditions.

All payment methods displayed during checkout are processed through secure payment systems.

Secure Payment Processing

Payment transactions are processed using trusted payment service providers and secure technologies designed to protect customer information.

Sandluxe™ does not store complete payment card details on our own systems. Payment information is handled through secure payment processing channels.

Payment Authorization

When you place an order, your payment provider may perform authorization checks before the transaction is completed.

Orders may only be processed after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

If payment authorization fails, your order may not be completed until the payment issue has been resolved.

Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, Sandluxe™ will provide order confirmation information.

Customers should review order details carefully, including products, shipping information, and payment status.

If you notice incorrect information after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

Payment Issues

If you experience payment difficulties, please check your payment details and contact your payment provider if necessary.

For unresolved payment questions related to a Sandluxe™ order, our customer support team is available to assist.

Fraud Prevention

Sandluxe™ takes reasonable steps to help prevent fraudulent transactions and protect customers from unauthorized payment activities.

Orders may be reviewed for security purposes before processing or shipment.

In certain situations, additional verification information may be requested to confirm order details.

Personal Information Protection

Protecting customer information is an important part of our commitment to secure shopping.

Personal information collected during payment and checkout is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for legitimate business purposes.

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Applicable choices and requirements govern any advertising, sale, or sharing as those terms are defined by law.

Customer Security Tips

To help protect your account and payment information, we recommend:

Using a secure and private internet connection when making purchases.

Keeping your account information confidential.

Avoiding sharing payment details through unofficial channels.

Contacting Sandluxe™ support if you notice suspicious activity.

PAYMENT 01

Review the checkout before submitting payment

The checkout is the place to confirm the selected items, quantity, transaction currency, delivery information, and final store total. Check that the product option matches your intended purchase. A cart estimate may change when a destination, shipping option, tax calculation, or eligible discount is applied. Review the completed checkout details before authorizing the transaction.

If something looks incorrect, pause and clarify it before paying. You can contact support about a price, quantity, discount, or other store charge using the product name and a description of the discrepancy. A useful screenshot can hide addresses and payment information. Do not send a photograph of your complete card as a way to illustrate a checkout problem.

PAYMENT 02

Methods presented for your purchase

Available methods are the options actually displayed at checkout for your order. They can differ by destination, device, provider, or purchase circumstances. The store does not promise that a particular card network, wallet, financing option, or local method will be available to every customer. Review the provider's own terms when choosing an option that involves a separate account or agreement.

If a method is missing or cannot be selected, contact the payment provider where the issue concerns that account, or ask us about the visible checkout behavior. We can review an order without taking your payment credentials in a support message. Use the supported checkout process rather than sending money through an unrelated destination claimed in an unexpected message.

PAYMENT 03

Currency and financial-institution charges

The amount requested by the store is shown in the checkout currency. Your bank or provider may convert that amount into the currency of your account and apply a rate or fee according to its agreement with you. The converted amount on a bank statement may therefore differ from a simple online exchange calculation.

Check the currency before payment, especially when using an internationally issued card. Questions about the store's item price, taxes, or shipping charges can be directed to Sandluxe. Questions about a provider's exchange rate or international transaction fee may need to be answered by that provider. We do not represent a bank's separate fee as a charge controlled by the store.

PAYMENT 04

Taxes, shipping, and discounts

The final total combines the applicable store charges presented for the order. Review shipping separately from the product price and check the effect of any discount. A code may be limited to particular items, dates, or conditions, and another promotion may not be combinable with it. If the offer does not appear as expected, review the conditions before submitting the transaction.

Destination import charges can be separate where not included in the checkout arrangement. The Shipping Policy explains this distinction. We do not assume that every international fee is included simply because a payment was accepted. If a charge shown by the store conflicts with the order information you reviewed, contact us with the order reference and the specific amount you want clarified.

PAYMENT 05

Authorization, capture, and pending entries

A financial institution can show a pending authorization before a completed charge posts. An authorization reserves or checks an amount according to the provider's process; it is not necessarily evidence of a second completed order. The statement wording and timing vary, so compare the entry with the order information rather than relying only on a short transaction label.

If you see several entries, note whether they are pending or completed and whether you received more than one order confirmation. Contact us with the order number and a description of the entries, keeping full account numbers private. Your provider can explain its authorization-release timing. We can review the purchase record and whether a transaction associated with the store requires correction.

PAYMENT 06

If payment fails or checkout stops responding

Check the payment and billing details relevant to the method used. A provider may decline a transaction because of its account rules, available funds, authentication requirements, or other reasons it controls. If an authentication step is presented, complete it through the provider's proper process. Do not send the authentication code to store support.

Before repeatedly retrying, check whether an order confirmation arrived and whether your provider shows a pending entry. This can prevent confusion about duplicate attempts. If the website stopped responding, tell us the approximate time, device, and visible behavior. We can assess the store record, while the provider addresses decisions and settings relating to your financial account.

PAYMENT 07

Order verification and unusual activity

A transaction may need review if billing information is inconsistent or the circumstances suggest misuse. We may ask for relevant order information to clarify the purchase. Such a request should be proportionate to the issue. Support does not need your store password, bank password, complete card number, card security code, or private device login to review an ordinary order.

If you are uncertain about a request, start a new message to the support address displayed on this page and reference the order. Avoid replying with sensitive credentials to an unexpected sender. If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled after review, we explain the cancellation and applicable refund. Verification is not a reason to retain a payment for merchandise that cannot properly be supplied.

PAYMENT 08

Protecting access to shopping accounts

Where account features are available, protect the email address and access method used for your purchases. Use a unique password if the service uses passwords, and do not share access codes. On shared devices, sign out and avoid leaving delivery details open. Keep your browser and device software updated as part of ordinary account care.

An order notification may contain information that should not be posted publicly. If you believe someone accessed an account or placed an unauthorized order, contact the relevant provider and Sandluxe promptly. Explain what you observed and which order is involved. Do not include private credentials in the report. Account security steps support review without replacing any rights attached to a legitimate billing dispute.

PAYMENT 09

Recognizing messages about a payment

Be cautious with a message requesting an unexpected payment, a password, or a complete card photograph. A sender name alone does not establish that the message comes from Sandluxe or your provider. Review the intended service and contact it through a channel you already know. Do not follow a payment request merely because it refers to a product category you recently viewed.

Customer support can ask for an order number and relevant purchase details. It does not need unrestricted access to your bank account or private accounts. If a message appears to misuse the Sandluxe name, forward the non-sensitive details or describe it to support. Remove access codes, token-containing links, and complete card information before sharing screenshots for review.

PAYMENT 10

Keeping billing concerns clear

Describe whether the concern is a duplicate completed charge, an unfamiliar order, a pending entry, an incorrect total, or a refund that has not yet appeared. These are different situations and may require different information. Include the order number where available and the date and amount relevant to the question, while masking unrelated account details.

Keep the purchase confirmation and provider record together until the issue is resolved. We can check store transaction information; your financial institution controls its own statement descriptions, posting schedule, and dispute procedures. You retain access to the rights and processes applicable to your payment method. Contacting us for clarification does not require you to send credentials or abandon an available provider remedy.

PAYMENT 11

Approved refunds and their destination

Approved refunds are normally submitted to the original payment method. If that method cannot receive a refund, we explain the appropriate alternative and relevant arrangement. A refund is connected to the transaction being resolved, so identify the correct order if you purchased several items in separate transactions.

The provider controls when a submitted refund appears in your account. Contact us for the available confirmation of the store action, then ask the provider about its processing if necessary. The Return & Refund Policy explains eligibility and the product-return process. Payment information does not create a separate return entitlement or shorten a remedy that applies under consumer law.

PAYMENT 12

Payment information and customer privacy

The store uses Shopify and supported payment services to operate checkout and process purchases. Different providers have their own roles and privacy notices. Review the Privacy Policy for our information practices and the relevant provider's notice for its independent processing. We do not claim that every payment arrangement uses the same technical process or retains the same information.

No website or payment service can guarantee absolute security. Use the supported checkout and keep sensitive information out of routine support messages. If a screenshot is needed, show the error or relevant transaction amount while hiding credentials and unrelated personal details. This gives support useful context without treating a billing question as permission to collect unnecessary information.

PAYMENT 13

Preparing an efficient support inquiry

Begin with the order number, checkout email, and a brief description of the billing concern. Mention whether the entry is pending or completed and whether the problem occurred before or after an order confirmation. State the result you need clarified, such as the store total or confirmation that a refund was submitted.

If you cannot locate an order, explain the approximate purchase date and the email you used. Support can advise what proportionate identifying information is needed. Do not include full payment-card details in the first message or a later attachment. The company and contact information below provide the store's route for payment questions and order-related follow-up.

PAYMENT 14

Keep the checkout record with your order

Save the order confirmation and compare it with the final checkout information if you later have a billing question. Identify the selected model, transaction currency, and relevant charge rather than sending an unrestricted bank statement. If a discount, shipping fee, or tax amount needs clarification, point to the particular entry. Clear records help us connect your inquiry with the purchase while keeping unrelated account information private.
